These sessions are here to help you slow down, take a breath, and look at your dog’s health from a fresh, holistic perspective.

Built around the FETCH framework I co-developed with Dr. Alexia Mellor, each session offers space to be heard, ask questions, and begin piecing things together,  whether you’re brand new to holistic care or already on the path.

What We Might Explore:

• Fresh food feeding - raw, cooked, or a blend that works for your dog
• Supplement overwhelm - what’s actually worth your money and how to choose intentionally
• Gut health & the microbiome - why it matters and how to support it
• Links between food, stress, and behaviour
• Natural approaches to flea, tick & worm prevention

Session Options

1 Hour – £75 (Online or in-person at The Dog HQ in Horsham).

A deeper-dive session, with time to explore multiple threads in your dog’s health story. Ideal if you're feeling overwhelmed, confused, or like no one’s joined the dots.

You’ll receive:

• A 60-minute session with me
• My Holistic Canine Health Tips handout — a practical guide filled with thoughtful suggestions, plus trusted resources, learning materials, and holistic professionals to support your next steps

30 Minutes – £40 (Online or in-person at The Dog HQ in Horsham).

A focused, compact session for those with one clear concern or limited time. Perfect if you want to test the waters or get clarity on one big question.

You’ll receive:

• A 30-minute session with me
• My Holistic Canine Health Tips handout — a practical guide filled with thoughtful suggestions, plus trusted resources, learning materials, and holistic professionals to support your next steps
